MEDIA
SAGE Assisted Reproduction Products are designed to provide consistent results during every stage of fertilization and embryonic development.
- Quinn's AdvantageTM Fertilization (HTF) Universal Medium
Today's most advanced human tubal fluid is designed for versatility across a wide range of IVF clinical applications, including ART procedures, fertilization of human oocytes, oocyte retrieval, embryo culture, and embryo transfer.
- Quinn's AdvantageTM Cleavage Medium
For in vitro procedures invoiving the culture of cleavage-stage human embryos
- Quinn's AdvantageTM Blastocyst Medium
For in vitro procedures involving the culture of human embryos from the compaction phase on day 3 of development to the blastocyst stage.
- Quinn's AdvantageTM Medium with HEPES
For in vitro procedures involving manipulation of gametes and embryos not requiring the use of a CO2 incubator.
MICROMANIPULATION MEDIA
Micromanipulation media are designed to facilitate the in vitro preparation of gametes prior to micromanipulative procedures such as intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI)
- Quinn's AdvantageTM Medium with HEPES (Ca/Mg - Free)
- Polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP)
- Oil for Tissue Culture
CRYOPRESERVATION MEDIA
Cryopreservation media are designed for the preservation and protection of human blastocysts and embryos during the freezing and thawing process. All media are designed to maximize oocyte yield.

SPERM ANALYSIS
-PureCeptionTM
An 80% (v/v) or 40% (v/v) sterile collodial suspension of silica particles stabilized with covalently bound hydrophilic silane formulated in HEPES-buffered human tubal fluid (HTF). Also available as a 100% isotonic solution. The components of the kit will allow for the highly efficient separation of motile sperm from the ejaculate of most semen specimens. A preferred method for severe oligozoospermic and asthenozoospermic semen specimens. Contains silica particles, hydrophilic silane, HEPES-buffered human tubal fluid (HTF), taurine, and EDTA.

PURENESS
Purity...you need
Pureness™ offer a pure glove solution. Unlike any other glove material, these ultra-pure gloves, made of 100% LYCRA® urethane urea, contain no chemical additives, accelerants, or emulsifiers shown to be detrimental to the in-vitro fertilization process.
Thus chemical component comparison chart shows the wide range of reactive chemicals. Only Pureness™ are free of chemical additives.

Performance...you demand
Blastocyst development rates were significantly higher for polyurethane gloves compared to either type of latex glove.1
 |
| Latex gloves had an embryo-toxic effect in the Mouse Embryo Assay (MEA) compared to the polyurethane glove.1 |
| |
 |
| The stretching of latex, which occurs when gloves are donned, release odours and toxic chemicals that may have a negative effect on gamete/embryo viability.1 |
| |
| NOTE: Culture medium containing protein and no oil; common to embryo collection and transfer. |
